Agreement overview

These terms and conditions form the agreement governing airport transfers, local journeys, and long-distance services provided by Cabrely.

Completing a booking and using our services confirms your acceptance of these terms. Customer-requested changes have no effect unless Cabrely agrees to them in writing.

Cabrely aims to provide safe, reliable, and professional private-hire transportation. Journey receipts may be obtained from the driver or requested digitally.

Section 01

Bookings

Cabrely provides quotations for airport transfers, local journeys, and long-distance services using the information supplied by the customer.

Quotations may be amended where the itinerary, passenger count, luggage requirements, or vehicle type changes. Additional surcharges may apply to journeys outside the quoted area or route.

After accepting a quotation, customers should review the confirmation carefully and notify Cabrely promptly of any errors. Cabrely is not responsible for delays or costs caused by incorrect booking information.

Section 02

Airport transfers

  • Allow sufficient time for airline check-in requirements and traffic conditions.
  • Select a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
  • Every child counts as an individual passenger regardless of age.
  • Flight information may be monitored using airport data, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
  • Parking charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Section 03

Payments

Accepted methods

Credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted. Cheques are not accepted.

Card refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment card and may be subject to the stated timeframe.

Receipts

Digital receipts may be requested and emailed after the journey.

Section 04

Account work

Cabrely works with corporate and account customers to support ongoing transportation requirements.

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may incur charges and recovery costs permitted by applicable law.

Section 05

Passenger conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully during the journey.
  • A cleaning charge may apply where a vehicle is soiled.
  • Eating and drinking are restricted except where approved for medical or infant needs.
  • Smoking is prohibited and children must be secured in accordance with UK law.

Section 06

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before the booking time may avoid a penalty, while late cancellations may incur a charge.
  • Refunds remain subject to management review and applicable payment conditions.
  • Urgent cancellations should be communicated directly to the support team.

Section 07

Liability

  • Cabrely will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events.
  • Luggage is carried at the owner's risk, and lost property is retained for a limited period.
  • Where a vehicle breaks down, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative.

Section 08

Service termination

Cabrely may refuse or end a booking where passenger conduct creates a risk to the driver, vehicle, or other people. A refund may not be available where a journey is ended because of misconduct.

Section 09

Changes to terms

Cabrely may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted online, while existing bookings remain governed by the terms in force at the time of booking unless otherwise required.

Section 10

Customer service

Contact Cabrely support with questions, concerns, or complaints. Unresolved matters will be reviewed by management, with a response targeted within 24 hours where practical.

Section 11

Disputes

Invoice disputes should be reported within 21 days of the invoice date. Failure to raise a dispute during that period may be treated as acceptance of the invoice.

Section 12

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate UK courts.
