Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement concerning the provision of Airport Transfers, Local, or Long-Distance Services ("Service") between you and Cabrely. Completion of the booking process and use of our services indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Any changes to these terms and conditions requested by the customer shall have no effect unless agreed upon in writing by Cabrely.

Cabrely is a private hire taxi service that strives to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services. If you require a receipt for a journey paid for via cash or card, you can obtain one from the driver or request a digital copy.

Contact Information

Bookings

Cabrely will provide you with a quotation for airport transfers, long-distance, or local journeys based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to amend quotations if there are changes to the itinerary, passenger count, or vehicle type required. Additional surcharges may apply for services not originating from or traveling through the city.

Once you accept a quotation, please review your booking confirmation carefully and promptly inform Cabrely of any errors. Cabrely is not liable for delays or costs arising from incorrect booking information.

Airport Transfers

  • Ensure sufficient time for your journey to meet airline check-in requirements and account for traffic conditions. Cabrely is not liable for delays caused by inadequate time allowances.
  • Choose a vehicle size suitable for your passengers and luggage. Cabrely cannot guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage.
  • Child passengers count as individual passengers, regardless of age.
  • Flight delays are monitored using airport website data, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
  • Car parking charges are payable by the customer unless agreed upon otherwise.

Payments

  • Payment methods: Credit/debit cards and cash. Cheques are not accepted.
  • Refunds for card payments can only be processed to the original card used, within 7 days of the booking date.
  • Digital receipts can be emailed within 48 hours.

Account Work

Cabrely partners with corporate clients to meet their transportation needs.

  • Invoiced amounts are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Unpaid invoices may incur a 10% late payment charge, with additional costs for recovery as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully during the journey. A cleaning charge of £80 will apply if a vehicle is soiled.
  • Eating and drinking are not permitted, except for medical or infant-related reasons with prior approval.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Children must be secured per UK laws and regulations.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before the booking time will not incur a penalty. Late cancellations may attract up to a 50% charge.
  • Refunds are issued at management’s discretion.
  • For urgent cancellations, we recommend calling our support team directly.

Liability

  • Cabrely will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time but is not liable for delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Luggage is carried at the owner’s risk. Lost property will be stored for two weeks.
  • In case of breakdowns, alternative arrangements will be made within a reasonable timeframe.

By using Cabrely’s services, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Service Termination

Cabrely may refuse or terminate a booking if passengers or their behavior pose risks to the driver or vehicle. No refunds will be issued for partially completed journeys due to misconduct.

Changes to Terms

Cabrely reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Updated terms will be posted online, and existing bookings will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of booking.

For concerns or complaints, please contact our support team. Management will respond within 24 hours for unresolved issues.

Disputes

All disputes must be reported within 21 days of the invoice date. Failure to report disputes within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the invoice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
